Job Description:

  • Performing day to day operational activities in customer service using Malaysian (Melayu) Language as first language
  • Giving excellent services for costumers
  • Receive and respond to all incoming inquiry by Phone, Email, Facebook, Twitter and Chat
  • Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities


Job Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Able to speak fluently using Malaysian language as first language
  • Preferably able to speak using English language as second language
  • Minimum SMA, preferably D3/S1 from any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service / Call Center
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with online purchasing, social media, and mobile application is a plus
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
  • Able to work in a large team
  • Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
  • Helpful, discipline, honest, critical, and high initiative
  • Have a good customer service skill (customer-oriented)
