Adi Kuntoro Aji
Has about 20 years of experience from Call Center phase to CX phase and been through in all level from Agent to Group Head Operation recently.He manages the whole scope of operations from various industry such as Telecommunication, Internet Service Provider / Home entertainment and currently join the second larger BPO in Indonesia and lead the whole operation from many industries and also Learning & Development.By held certification of COPC as Registered Coordinator , He is very strong to managed the whole aspect operation with outstanding performance achievement by focus to Service Excellent, End-to-End Customer Experience / CSAT / NPS, fixed to basic , People Management , Efficiency Driven , CRM, Business Process, Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Etc and Also as a good Trainer for Service , Motivational and Leadership Training with Local and Regional Experience in Malaysia.

Adi Dharma Tatang Saputra
She began her career as a secretary to the director of medical equipment company and her career continued in the marketing department of the computer company and started working in call center end of 1996 as a call center agent at PT XL Axiata tbk with last position as Senior Manager of Postpaid Product Mgt (Voice & SMS).
Currently, she is Head of Operations in PT VADS Indonesia and has held this position since 2014.
With her strong managerial skill, communications, analytical and problem solving skills, her current scope of work includes develop service strategy and manage client portfolio to achieve business target and to ensure sustainable business performance by controlling and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Maranata RS Abraham
Starting his career as customer service and sales at PT Golden Bird (Blue Bird group). Continue move to XL Axiata as contact center representative on Jan 2000 with end position as a Customer Resolved and Recovery Team Leader before move to PT VADS on December 2008. He had handled many position at PT VADS, started Call Center Team Leader, Human Performance Specialist, Client Relation Specialist, Telemarketing and Contact Center Manager. Currently his role as Head of Operation Financial Service Industry starting on April 2017.
Has over 10 years of experience in customer experience management, data analisys and bussiness insight. Began career as operations Team Leader in PT VADS Indonesia since December 2008. Holds certificate as Registered Coordinator of High Performance Management Training Customer Operation Performance Center (COPC).
Currently he is Head of Operations for Telco Industry Customer Service in PT VADS Indonesia, responsible to manage people management, talent development, and high quality of service performance including hybrid selling.
